The Victor Trumper Cricket Board is a Yuku
board about cricket (as if you hadn't guessed!). All aspects of the game - international cricket, domestic and even club cricket are discussed. There are
sections on the great games and great players of history, too.

My step-brother, Jamie, would be there in a shot, but as for me, I enjoy the odd bit of cricket but generally it doesn't hold my interest. Not enough to
become a fan anyway. Jamie's favourite player is (or at least was) a Tasmanian batsman I think - I forget his name, and Google isn't turning up any
results. I don't think that it's Ponting - it's someone like Hayden or Langer, not that I know whether either of those guys are Tasmanian.

"Punter" Ponting is from Tazzie. Langer is from Perth and Hayden Queensland. Gilchrist is New South Wales. It's probably Ricky Ponting, since the
short-arsed Aussie captain lays good claim to being the best batsman in the world today with Tendulkar on th way out and Brian Lara retired.
You can always pass the link onto your step-bro, anyway.

Rambo,
It's probably Ricky Ponting Yeah, you're probably right. My memory is shot, so really I have no idea, but if Ponting is the man of the moment, then it must be him. You can always pass the link onto your step-bro, anyway. I just emailed it to him. Dunno whether he'll turn up or not - he's probably very busy - but look out for Jamie. He's an Aussie living in the UK. Top bloke. Really solid and principled, and a bloke's bloke (he cooks a mean BBQ), but approachable, friendly and funny at the same time. He'd be an asset to your board. |

Excellent. Whereabouts in Blighty does he reside?

Hmm, I'm not entirely sure but I have the feeling that it's somewhere in London. I do know where he is in another sense though: he's on top of the
world, because he just proposed to his girlfriend and she accepted.
