For Thanksgiving dinner I used two recipes from here. I made Grace's deviled eggs, I will never tell on the pain of death about the cream cheese. I also made Mac's glazed carrots. Both are great recipes and receive my seal of approval.
As the executive cannot decide the question of war on the affirmative side, neither ought it to do so on the negative side, by preventing the competent body from deliberating on the question.

Oh Woe! I should have been checking this much earlier, after I got it in a better order. (I did work hard, and you all have shown so much respect in keeping
the order, thank you)
Burg 'Mac' also does a deviled egg with cream cheese and it is better than mine. (Mine was hit and miss) I am not sure hers' is in this forum, but its' on her forum. (If its' not in here, I'll ask her to put it in 'or just steal it' )
Some of you have outdone yourselves. (I believe I will make a book) LV those steamed chicken breasts, oh 'great' (If I just had a friend or two to share it with) Ann and Pup yours sound great too. (I really don't have great luck with a microwave though) Maybe because it is about 20 years old?
Ann what about that sticky chicken and pork chops? (I have not seen that here as yet?) You said you would get them in here. Thorsen, that spaghetti recipe sounds 'out of this world' I do have this thing about chunks of tomato in my foods? (Do you think it would make a big difference if I left the tomato chunks out?) I do want to try that, and that brown sugar sure caught my eye. That sounds like a feast for several people. I will let you know when I make it. You guys are all superb in all these foods. Lets' all get some more in here, OK? thanks to all of you.
Oh Six and sear. |

Thanks MAE and Pup for your deserts. (That sweet potato pie could be a great veggie dish too) Pup I usually blend cream cheese in all my cakes , which is
mostly chocolate.
Seems the cream cheese gives a richer flavor to the cake.
Thanks for the recipe's' Oh Six |

A major YUM to Alter Eggo's chicken salad! Those people I live with wouldn't like it (one doesn't like pecans, the other doesn't like honey),
but the next time I'm asked to bring a dish to a party, I'm taking that one.

Grace, the tomatoes cook down into the sauce so there are no chunks left at all. I don't particularly like cooked chunks of tomatoes myself. As to the
recipe, I have to forewarn you that it is most definitely hot and my wife and I like spicy food. If spicy food is not to your liking you might want to drop the
red peppers and rotel from the recipe, or add much smaller amounts.
