Hey Nat - nice to see you're alive. My main issue, other than with the mindlessness of celebrity in and of itself and subjecting children to it (for any reason) is that this kid will enter puberty and begin to realise the actual significance of the role she's playing now. I think she's probably being sheltered from that to some extent. Instead of the mother stepping up to the plate and being the face of Australia Zoo and the Irwin "cult", she chose to shove her 9 years old kid in there instead. She is now the pivotal player in that legacy. That will weigh heavily on her when she starts to really comprehend it. Her behaviour and personality is already highly robotic and scripted, in my experience of her. She has some of her father's precocious nature, but he was an adult.
