Have you ever seen The Great American Soup Commercial? If it's on youtube by now, I strongly recommend it. What a marvelous piece of Americana! Ann Miller is in it. I think Stan Freeberg directed it. And I notice little thing like how in the commercial where the singer buys a car that his pirate costume from his commercial where he is at work is in the back window of the car in question Look, it's been swell, but the swelling's gone down.

I have found a favorite commercial and I love it. This serious guy is holding a puppy and states 'Direct TV Hate's puppies then he goes on to say how much money Time Warner saves one on their bills. Hundreds of $$$ a year and that would buy a lot of 'Puppy food' Puppies love puppy food. Direct TV hates puppies then holds up another puppy and says "Who hates puppies?" True who hates puppies?
