We suffer from endless meals in our house. I do these one pot stews and curries (the wife is still out working). Anyway, we eat some of it and there is some
left in the pot for next day. When it gets low I add some ingredients to make enough for two meals and then there is some left again and I do it again. Because
I don&#39;t like to throw food out we do this over and over until the wife gets fed up (pun?).

that other foods do not...but it helped us learn portion control and to eat low glycemic index good carbs and low fat. We have done well with it so far, and
