Here's a classic example, provided to us by Ann, aka AEW:

Cosmopolitan Martini Recipe

Ingredients:

4 parts Citron Vodka
2 parts Cointreau or Triple Sec
2 parts Cranberry Juice
1 part Lime Fresh Juice

I believe you mix ingredients with ice in a shaker and serve it straight up. And yowzers! that's a lot of alcohol.
