			<description><![CDATA[ My sweetie and I have lost 70 pounds total together since mid January with nutri-system. It is not a magical food although it does have some healthy properties
that other foods do not...but it helped us learn portion control and to eat low glycemic index good carbs and low fat. We have done well with it so far, and
will continue on it until mid month next month when we go on vacation. We will resume when we return from vacation then slowly start modifying with other foods
